Why we exist
A city meter assumes flat tarmac, predictable traffic and fuel priced the same at both ends. None of that holds between Gilgit and Skardu, where the surface changes every ten kilometres and a landslide can add three hours.
So we inverted it. The captain who drives that road decides what the trip is worth, sends you an offer, and you choose. The fare is agreed before the wheels turn, and it does not move afterwards.
Everything else follows from that: in-person verification instead of anonymous fleets, cash and mobile wallets instead of card-only, and shared seats on runs that were already happening.
The driver sets the price
Captains send offers and riders choose. No surge algorithm, no fare that changes after the trip.
Verified face to face
Original CNIC and licence, seen in our office. Vehicles inspected twice a year, not self-declared.
Cash is first class
Data drops out between Chilas and Gilgit. Cash, JazzCash and Easypaisa are proper options, not fallbacks.
Empty seats are waste
Captains post runs they were already making, so intercity travel costs a fraction of a private car.
